You have heard it before, a picture is worth 1,000 words. The pictures we take of your home will be priceless. Each picture will be carefully planned to maximize the statement it makes about your home; emphasizing the positive aspects and de-emphasizing any negatives. Pictures are one of the most powerful tools when selling a home; they can bring buyers to your door or cause them to move-on to other listings.
Your home will be featured in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). This is the primary source that buyer's agents and online home buyers use to search for available homes. The listings from the MLS are used to feed 100's of other online listing sites. All the important aspects of your home and the pictures will be listed there, along with a commission for any buyer's agent that helps us sell your home.
With your permission we will place a For Sale sign and flyer box on your property. The flyers are two sided and list all the important information about your home, including all the pictures of your home. We will also place a highly secure MLS lock box on your home to assist with showings and help sell your home.
All of the above services are provided at no additional cost with a regular full-service listing agreement. Additional fees may apply if services are performed separately or if a discounted listing fee has been offered.
